Manny immigrated to the U.S in 1973. He attended both Grade School and High School in New York City. In 1984 he enlisted in the Massachusetts Army National Guard where he served until 1988. He then joined the Army Reserves until 1990. Manny volunteered for active duty and served in Desert Shield and Desert Storm in the Persian Gulf.
After the tragedy of 9/11, Manny returned to the Army Guard and served until 2003.

While serving in the Military part time, Manny worked in the retail and telecommunications Industry. He has held positions in both managament and non management capacities. He also worked for one of the largest pest control operator (PCO) in the U.S. There he learned the business and realized that the pest control Industry was his calling. But, he decided that he wanted to take it a step further. He left the organization and opened up Guardian IPM Pest Control. Manny's future endevaours in the pest control Industry include adding agricultural aerial spraying utilizing both fixed wing and rotory wing aircraft.
